Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Statute of the National Institution for Fisheries Research (IIP). The Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters, specifying duties and competencies of the above mentioned Institution, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. The Statute is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (Chap. I); General provisions (Chap. II); Organic System (Chap. III); Composition (Chap. IV); Final provisions (Chap. V).
