Ministerial Order No. 31/2014 approving the Regulation for Oil Technical Operator Licensing.

This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation for Oil Technical Operator Licensing. This Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters and 4 Annexes, regulates the activities performed by oil technical operators, according to the legal regime for licensing oil activities and infrastructures within Mozambican territory, approved by Decree No. 45/2012. It specifies procedures, model forms, delays and class of licence, relating to licensing oil technical operators and related tax, offence and penalty regime. This Ministerial Order is divided as follows: Definitions and Preliminary Provisions (I); Procedures and Licensing requirements for oil technical operators (II); Penalties (III); Inspection (IV); Requirements and Procedures (V) and Final Provisions (VI). Annexes list model forms for requesting the licence of oil technical operator.
