Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Model for the Regulation of the National Fund for Sustainable Development (FNDS). This Regulation, consisting of 74 articles divided into eight Chapters, sets out the specific rules on its organization and functioning, in particular by regulating the bodies of the FNDS, its competencies and structuring, the structure and functions of the organic units, the personnel, responsibilities, labour discipline and professional conduct. This Decision lays down specific rules on the organization and operation of the FNDS.
