This Order amends the Regulation of Fishing for Shrimps. It establishes that in order to respect the delay of the contract the shipowner must give to the competent authority a deposit of 10 percent of the value of each fishing vessel in activity. If the shipowner has more than five fishing licences he shall give only five deposits.
