Abstract
This Act amends the Local Authorities Act, 1992 so as to prescribe that a general election for members of local authority councils shall be held on a date determined by the President by Proclamation in the Gazette, and thereafter at intervals not exceeding five years on a date determined by the President by Proclamation in the Gazette.
