Abstract
The Act prescribes rules relating, inter alia, to: Minister's power in relation to certain substances (sect. 2); prohibition of possession or administration of certain substances (sects. 3 and 4); prohibition of slaughtering (sect. 5); export of meat or meat products to prescribed countries (sect. 6); inspectors, inspections and analysts (sects. 7, 8, and 9); regulations (sect. 16).
