Abstract
This Act amends the State-owned Enterprises Governance Act, 2006 by: giving a definition of “public enterprise”; changing the title of the principal Act; replacing the State-owned Enterprises Governance Council with the Minister responsible for public enterprises; and making some small consequential directions.
