Abstract
These Regulations regulate a wide variety of matters relating to wildlife conservation including, among other things, the protection of inland fisheries resources and hunting in protected areas. the Regulations implement provisions of the Nature Conservation Act (formerly the Nature Conservation Ordinance, 1975 of South West Africa) with respect to tourism activities in game parks and related tariffs, general and specific rules for national parks and game parks, the keeping of wild animals, trophy hunting, the processing of and dealing in game and game products (including exportation), the picking of protected plants, and fishing in inland waters. The Regulations also contain certain rules relating to private game parks.
