Abstract
These Regulations amend the Regulations relating to Nature Conservation (as amended) by insertion of regulation 9A. This new regulation places restrictions on the introduction of plastic bags in game parks or nature reserves. Use of plastic bags for designed for agricultural purposes is allowed.
