Abstract
This Law provides for the administration of port operations and establishes Ports of Jersey Ltd. This law amends, among other things, the Harbours (Administration) (Jersey) Law 1961 with respect to appointment of harbour authorities and the administration of harbours. A harbour authority shall in particular be responsible for preventing, reducing, and minimising the effects of marine pollution.
