Antarctic Act 1994 (Overseas Territories) Order 1995.

This Order, made under the Antarctic Act 1994, extends provisions of the Act, with modifications, to the territories specified in Schedule. Regulations under the Act may make different provisions for different cases or circumstances, and incidental and supplementary provision. Sections 3 to 5 and 13 (1)(b) of the Act shall not extend to the British Antarctic Territory. In section 22(1)(b), Antarctica does not include the British Antarctic Territory. In section 23(1)(b) the area south of the Antarctic Convergence does not include the British Antarctic Territory.
