Abstract
This Order amends the Bee Diseases Control (Jersey) Order 1992 in articles 5, 6 and 10. The amendments concern, among other things, measures the Minister may take (i.e. notice to be served on the owner of a hive or declaration of an infected area) in case of confirmation of the presence of specified diseases.
