Bermuda National Parks Amendment Act, 2009 (No. 1 of 2009).

This Act amends the National Parks Act in provisions concerning, among other things, administration of the provisions of the Act and administration of protected areas, conservation of historical artefacts, the national parks plan, prosecution of offences and penalties.
A National Parks Plan shall be prepared by the director of the Department responsible for parks.
A new Part on ticketing offences is inserted and the First Schedule replaced.
