This Act amends the National Parks Act by adding two sections. Section 25 A concerns the power of the Minister to, on application in writing by a person setting out the impromptu or exceptional circumstances necessitating the request, waive fees. This may be done in case, for example, of natural disasters. Section 30A concerns the validation of fees already charged. This Act also amends the Government Fees Regulations 1976.
