Abstract
These Regulations, as regards the territory of Gibraltar, are setting the food safety standards and issues related to flour and its major deriving essential food product such as bread. Dough and other mixtures are also regulated.

These Regulation shall not apply as respects any sale or importation into Gibraltar of flour: for use in the manufacture of communion wafers, matzos, gluten, starch or any concentrated preparation for use for the purpose of facilitating the addition to flour of the substances referred to in Schedule 1; and for use for the purpose of diagnosis, treatment or research.
Schedules 1-5 are also part of this publication (list of permitted essential and additional ingredients; list of permitted additives; and available carbon dioxide content of flour).
