Abstract
These Regulations, as regards the territory of Gibraltar, are setting the food safety standards and issues related to the production, processing, handling, labelling and controlled use and trade with caseins and caseinates or foodstuff consisting of the same.

These Regulations shall not apply to any casein or caseinate: manufactured before 1 March 1988; not intended for sale for human consumption; intended at the time of sale, consignment, delivery or importation for export to any place outside Gibraltar.
