Condensed milk and dried milk Regulations 1987.

These Regulations, as regards the territory of Gibraltar, are setting the food safety standards as regards the production, processing, labelling and trade with milk and dried milk. This text further transposes the rules and provisions contained in the First Commission Directive 79/1067/EEC of 13 November 1979 laying down Community methods of analysis for testing certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption.
The following provisions of these regulations shall not apply to any condensed milk or dried milk sold, consigned or delivered for exportation to any place outside Gibraltar.

Schedules 1 and 2 are also part of this publication (containing the list of condensed milk products and their reserved descriptions; list permitted miscellaneous additives content of condensed milk products and dried milk products; and list of permitted antioxidant content).
