Abstract
This Ordinance lays down measures for the prevention or limitation of spreading of diseases affecting plants and defines powers of the States for these purposes. Measures include the examination of plant material on land by an Inspector, prevention of movement of diseased plant material by the owner of the land and destruction, disinfection, treatment or removal of diseases plant material.
