Abstract
These Regulations, as regards the territory of Gibraltar, are setting the food safety standards and issues related to the entire food processing and production requirements as regards the cow’s milk deriving food product here named and defined as cream.
This text is divided into 12 different sections as follows: Title and Commencement; Interpretation; Exemptions; Description and composition of cream; Permitted ingredients in cream; Sale by description; Labelling and advertising of cream; Requirements as to marking on labels on containers and on tickets; Penalties; Defences; Application of various sections of the Act.
The following provisions of these regulations shall not apply in relation to any cream sold, consigned or delivered for exportation to any place outside Gibraltar.
