Environment (Deployment of Alternative Fuels Infrastructure) Regulations 2016.

These Regulations are establishing the provisions in relation to the deployment of alternative fuels and their infrastructure on the territory of Gibraltar. Alternative fuels means fuels or power sources which serve, at least partly, as a substitute for fossil oil sources in the energy supply to transport and which have the potential to contribute to its decarbonisation and enhance the environmental performance of the transport sector.
Contents of this text are divided into 11 Regulations, as follows: (Title and commencement; Interpretation; Subject-matter of these Regulations; Policy Framework for Gibraltar; Electricity supply for transport; Hydrogen supply for road transport; Natural gas supply for transport; User information; Reporting to the Commission; Enforcement powers; Appeals).
