Abstract
These Regulations, also in order to transpose into the law of Gibraltar, Directive 2014/89/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning, are here setting the provisions in relation to the maritime spatial planning on the territory of Gibraltar and its sea domain.
Contents of this text are divided into 4 main Parts, as follows: Preliminary; General Obligations; Elements of Maritime Spatial Planning; Procedural requirements.
