Abstract
These Regulations, also for the purposes of transposing into the law of Gibraltar Directive 2009/33/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles, are here setting the requirements for the implementation of related provisions.
Contents of this text are divided into 7 Regulations, as follows: Title and commencement; Interpretation; Subject matter and objectives of these Regulations; Application of these Regulations; Exemptions; Purchase of clean and energy-efficient road transport vehicles; Methodology for the calculation of operational lifetime costs.
