Abstract
These Regulations are here setting for provisions regarding the full cycle of storage and treatment of used cooking oil, on the territory of Gibraltar. Every person operating a food business must ensure that no used cooking oil from that food business is discharged into an internal or external drain or into a sewer. Every person operating a food business must ensure that used cooking oil is stored in containers which are safe, clean, leak-proof and capable of safe transfer to another location.
This text is divided into 8 sections, as follows: Title and commencement; Interpretation; Disposal of used cooking oil; Storage of cooking oil; Transfer notes; Records; Obstructions; Offences.
