Abstract
This Law provides rules for the manufacture and placing on the market of fertilizers and feeding stuffs as specified in Schedule 1 and 2 to this Law.
Sellers of specified fertilizer or feed shall furnish purchasers with a statutory statement regarding the materials supplied. Such statement shall function as a warranty. Other provisions of this Law, among other things: provide for additional guarantees for purchasers; provide rules relative to the composition and content of fertilizers and feeding stuffs; and provide for sampling, analysis and inspection of fertilizers and feeding stuffs.
