Abstract
This Order implements provisions of the Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs (Jersey) Law 1950 in relation with marking of fertilizers and feeding stuffs and sampling and analysis of fertilizers and feeding stuffs. Detailed rules on sampling and analysisi are set out in the Schedules to this Order. The Order also concerns a register of marks kept in accordance with article 5(2) of the Law and certification of analysis.
