Fisheries (Protected Areas) Amendment Order 2017 (B.R. No. 84 of 2017).

This Order amends the Fisheries (Protected Areas) Order 2000 in subparagraph 3 (2). Paragraph 3 (2) defines prohibited activities (i.e. the taking of fish) and comma (a) lists the areas where the taking of fish is prohibited. The Order also inserts a new subparagraph in paragraph 3, which prohibits the taking of fish during the period beginning on 15 April and ending on 30 November in any year in any of the areas specified in that subparagraph.
