Abstract
These Regulations regulate a wide variety of matters relating to fishing and the protection of fish resources in Bermuda. They also to some extend provide rules for the sale of imported fish and prohibit introducing live or unfrozen and uncooked fish into waters of Bermuda without a licence. The Regulations, among other things, provide for: the licensing and registration of fishing vessels; the registration of fishermen; reporting on fishing; restrictions on use of fishing gear; restrictions on the taking of fish or lobsters; restrictions on the landing of fish; prohibition on the taking of unsersized fish; closed seasons; and enforcement measures.
