Abstract
These Regulations consist of 25 sections concerning: interpretation (sect. 1); licences (sects. 2-4); fixed fishing gear (4a); register of fishing (sect. 5); identification marks (sect. 6); transfer of interest (sect. 7); production of licence (sect. 8); catch effort returns (sect. 9); maintenance of register of fishermen (sect. 10); use of fishing nets (sect. 11); general restrictions on taking fish (sect. 12); offences (sects. 13-17); grant of licence to use fishing lines (sect. 18); duty to return fish (sect. 19); use of explosives, substances (sect. 20); prohibition against introducing live or unfrozen and uncooked fish into waters of Bermuda (20a); hauling up nets and removing fish without consent of owner (sect. 21); offences against Regulations (sect. 22); inspection and enforcement (sect. 23).
