Abstract
This Order, made under the Food and Drugs (Guernsey) Law, 1970, specifies permitted antioxidants and diluents which combined with such antioxidants are permitted to be used in food and prescribes purity criteria for those antioxidants and diluents. It allows only sale or importation of food having in it permitted antioxidants within limits prescribed by this Order. The Order also lays down certain labelling and advertisement requirements. The Order does not apply to food intended for (re)exportation.
