Abstract
This Order amends the Food and Drugs (Food Hygiene) Order, 1976 so as to introduce new chill control requirements: food which is likely to support the growth of pathogenic microorganisms or the formation of toxins must be kept at or below a specified temperature. Minor amendments concern hygiene requirements of food operators and the inclusion of milk as food.
