Abstract
This Order, made under the Food and Drugs (Guernsey) Law, 1970, specifies miscellaneous food additives (as defined in this Order) permitted to be used in food and prescribes purity criteria for such miscellaneous food additives. It allows only sale or importation of food having in it permitted miscellaneous food additives within limits by this Order. The Order also lays down certain labelling and advertisement requirements and prescribes methods of analysis. The Order does not apply to food intended for (re)exportation.
