Abstract
This Order, made under the Food and Drugs (Guernsey) Law, 1970, specifies preservatives permitted to be used in food and prescribes purity criteria for those preservatives. It allows only sale or importation of food having in it permitted additives within limits prescribed by this Order. The Order also lays down certain labelling and advertisement requirements and prescribes methods of analysis.
