Food and Drugs (Registration of Food Premises) Order, 1995 (G.S.I. No. 37 of 1995).

This Order, requires food businesses (as defined by section 54 of the Food and Drugs (Guernsey) Law, 1970) to register their premises with the States Board of Health and prescribes the form of and the procedure for application for registration. This Order shall apply to all premises which are required to be registered by virtue of section 15 (1) of the Law. The Order also specifies, in the Schedule, businesses that are exempted from registration.
