Abstract
These Regulations, as regards the territory of Gibraltar, are setting the food safety and necessary food composition requirements to be respected by certain specific types of foodstuff, see the list of contents for details on food types.
Contents of this text are divided into 12 Parts, as follows: Title and Commencement (1); Interpretation (2); Exemptions (3); Composition of mustard (4); Composition of curry powder (5); Composition of tomato ketchup (6); Composition of fish cakes (7); Composition of suet (8); Sale etc of specified food (9); General requirements as to composition and description (10); Penalties (11); and Application of various sections of the Act (12).
Exemptions are related to the food sold for exportation to any place outside Gibraltar; sold to a manufacturer for the purposes of his manufacturing business.
