Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to preserve and improve the breeding of bulls.
Livestock Officers shall be responsible for granting licences certifying whether a bull is capable or not of being used for breeding purposes.
The Act provides for the elimination of defective breed in bulls through compulsory castration of unsuitable animals.
The Act further provides for inspection of bulls and offences and penalties.
