Abstract
The Order sets rules on commercial fishing for lumpfish, which activity is subject to fishing license and applies to all year – except for 1 July - 28 February - when fishing thereof is prohibited. Fishing for lumpfish for personal consumption is allowed to Danish citizens residing in Greenland and non-Danish citizens resident for more than two consecutive years.
