Order No. 6 on fishing for lumpfish.

The Order sets rules on commercial fishing for lumpfish in the Greenland fishery area, which activity is authorized if taking place 3 miles from its coastline. The fishery activity is subject to fishing license (issued on a bi-yearly basis) authorized by the Ministry of Fisheries, Hunting and Agriculture and compliance with authorization must be regulated no later than 1 January 2015. It is not permitted to incur in fishery for lumpfish between 16 July and 28 February. Fishery is limited to quota and defined fishing days approved by governmental management plan for fisheries. Under each sub-area of the Northwest Atlantic Fishing Organization Regulatory Area (NAFO), local decisions shall regulate quota thereof. Licensed fishery shall report catches of coastal fishing in adherence to Order No. 15.
