Abstract
For permits expired in 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990 or before 1 January 1991, the date of entry is 1 January 1992.
Permits issued in 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 until 1 July or shall be issued prior to 1 January 1992 are only valid until 1 January 1992.
