Abstract
The Order sets access coordinates for shrimp fishery in the area between 68° 00'N and 70° 45'N, East of 56 ° 00'W which is reserved to vessels equipped with shrimp cooking device.
For 1986, the TAC of shrimps in the area between 70°45'N and 69°30'N, East of 56°00'W ("Shrimp Box North") is of maximum 1000 tons and applies to vessels larger than 80 BRT
For 1986, the TAC of shrimps in the area between 69°30'N and 68º00'N, East of 56°00'W ("Shrimp Box South") is of maximum 3000 tons and applies to vessels larger than 80 BRT.
Suspension of fishing shall be notified by local authorities once the total allowable catch ceiling has been reached. This by radio and press.
Penalties of the Order also implement regulations of Act No. 11 of 21 November 1984.
