Abstract
These Regulations, for the purpose of transposing into the law of Gibraltar Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control), here provides for the complete set of rules in relation to the general environmental pollution prevention and control issues. This text covers several topics in relation to the environment, natural resources and possible actions (best practice), such as the protection of air and atmosphere, protection of water resources, land and soil, waste, genetically modified micro-organisms, also in strict relation with big pollutants (industrial emissions).
