Prohibition of Fishing by Foreign Fishing Boats Order 1982.

This Order preohibits in the entire area contained within the limits of the territorial seas and the fishery zone, fishing by foreign fishing boats, unless: (a) authorized by a licence issued by me under subsection (1) of section 5 of the Fisheries Zone Ordinance 1980-1982; or (b) specifically exempted by me from the operation of the foregoing provisions of this Order (i) in respect of any specified area within the limits of the territorial seas or the fisheries zone, or (ii) in all or any of the cases specified in subsection (2) of the said section 5 of the Fisheries Ordinance 1980-1982".
