Abstract
This Regional Decree establishes the requirements for well sinking and water captation. A licence is required for well sinking more than 20 mts. deepth (managed by the Institute of Waters IGA). It consists of 17 articles concerning: water abstraction, waterworks, equipment, stockbreeding centres' requirements, etc. relating to irrigation purposes. It also prescribes sanctions to be paid by offenders.
