Abstract
This Decree-Law lists 13 different uses of public and private waters requiring a licence or concession (managed by the Institute of Waters): abstraction, waste water use, waterworks, equipment, beach facilities and services, navigation and sport competencies, irrigation, etc. This Decree-Law does not apply to mineral water resources.
