Regulation No. 67 on the reporting of production and financial information concerning commercial fishing and land-based production facilities.

This regulation of the Government of Greenland requires all commercial fishing operations using vessels over 6 meters, as well as fish production and processing facilities on land, to annually report their production and financial information for the previous year to the Department of Fisheries by 1 November. Reports must be certified by a registered or state-authorized auditor and submitted electronically. Processing facilities must also provide yearly statements of landings, including turnover and compensation by species, to ensure accurate reporting. Intentional or grossly negligent violations of reporting duties can result in fines, with companies also subject to criminal liability.
