Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 2003 in regulation 8, which specifies application requirements of an owner or charterer of a Jersey fishing boat or a fishing boat that is not a Jersey fishing who applies to the Minister for a fishing boat licence for that boat.
