Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Amendment No. 5) (Jersey) Regulations 2011.

These Regulations amend the Sea Fisheries (Licensing of Fishing Boats) (Jersey) Regulations 2003 in regulation 7, which concerns fees for licences and permits. A fee of such amount as the Minister prescribes shall be payable for: (a) the grant or renewal of a fishing boat licence; or (b) the grant or renewal of an access permit or fishing permit (or of both permits).
