Sea Fisheries (Trawling, Netting and Dredging) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations amend the Sea Fisheries (Trawling, Netting and Dredging)(Jersey) Regulations 2001, by: modifying the definitions of "mesh size" and "passive gear"; adding provisions to regulation 26B to the effect of placing certain restrictions on the use and having on board of scallop dredges; by substituting for Parts 3, 4 and 4A of the principal Regulations a new Part (3) on methods for determining mesh size and assessing twine thickness of fishing gear; and by substituting Schedules 6, 7 and 8 on mesh specifications.
