Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea Fisheries (Trawling, Netting and Dredging)(Jersey) Regulations 2001, by inserting a new Article (3A). This Article introduces a prohibition on trawling or dredging in certain areas specified in (new) Schedule 1A.
