Abstract
This Law amends the Shipping (Jersey) Law 2002 in articles 4, 6 and 173 and Schedule 9. The amendments concern the flying of the flag of Jersey by a ship, the offence of carrying improper colours and jurisdiction in case of offences on board of a ship.
