Abstract
These Regulations are here setting the complete food safety related rules and provisions as regards the skimmed milk with non-milk fat, also condensed or dried milk and skimmed milk.
Contents of this text are divided into 10 sections as follows: Title (1); Interpretation (2); Enforcement (3); Containers to bear labels (4); Display of specified food (5); Advertisement of specified food (6); Exceptions (7); Premises used for manufacture of specified food (8); Penalty (9); Saving (10).
Schedules 1-3 are also part of this publication (several labelling issues; list of foods in respect of which the words “unfit for babies” or “not to be used for babies” that may be omitted from the label; and classification of vitamins that can be present or added in Schedule 3).
Entry into force notes
These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1972.
